In April 2021, Tata Motors significantly expanded its presence in the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) by inaugurating ten new state-of-the-art passenger vehicle showrooms in a single day. This strategic move aimed to enhance customer accessibility and experience in the region.

Locations: The new showrooms were strategically located with seven in Delhi, two in Gurugram, and one in Faridabad. This expansion increased Tata Motors' total retail outlets in the Delhi-NCR area to 29.
Facilities: Equipped with the latest technology, advanced mechanization, and automation, these showrooms were designed to provide an unparalleled customer experience. Each facility included workshops to ensure faster service turnaround for customers.
Strategic Intent:
This expansion was part of Tata Motors' retail acceleration strategy, reflecting its commitment to increasing market presence and enhancing customer engagement. The inauguration of these showrooms coincided with a period of robust sales performance for the company, which reported its highest annual sales in eight years, achieving a 69% growth in FY21 compared to FY20.
